How to Make Caramel Sauce Fresh Bread Pudding



Materials:

- 5 pieces of fresh bread

- 350 ml of medium viscosity coconut milk

- 5 tbsp granulated sugar

- 2 eggs

- 30 gr of margarine, melted

- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

- Raisins


How to Create:


1. Combine granulated sugar, vanilla paste and coconut milk. Stir until the sugar dissolves.


2. Add the beaten eggs loosely.


3. Pour liquid margarine, mix well.


4. Arrange the bread that has been cut into squares, also raisins in a baking dish size 11 × 21 × 7 that has been smeared margarine.


5. Pour coconut milk + egg dough into a baking dish.


6. Press - press and flatten, until the bread sinks and the pudding surface is flat. Let stand a few minutes until the whole coconut milk is absorbed bread.


7. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove and chill. Then remove it from the baking sheet. Set aside until a new cold can be cut.


Caramel Sauce Ingredients:

- 100 gr of granulated sugar

- 50 ml of water

- 25 gr butter

- 100 ml whipping cream


How to Create:


1. Mix granulated sugar and water. Boil over low heat until the water evaporates, and the sugar thickens slightly browned. Don't stir it, shake the pan.


2. Add the butter, shake the pan until the butter melts and mixes well.


3. Put whipping cream. Boil while stirring until the caramel thickens.


4. Remove and chill, the sauce will thicken when cold.


Serve fresh bread pudding with caramel sauce
