How to Make a Vegetable Omelette
Materials:
- 100gr carrots
- 150gr cabbage
- 100gr green mustard (only use the leaves)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon powdered broth
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil (for sautéing)
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil (for frying)
How to Create:
1. Peel wash and grate carrots, Cut thinly thin and wash cabbage, Wash and cut green mustard leaves
2. Peel and chop garlic
3. Heat oil, Sauté garlic until fragrant
4. Put the carrots and cabbage sautéed until wilted
5. Put the sautéed green mustard until wilted then add salt and powdered broth
6. Stir briefly and then separate the water from the vegetables in the stir-fry
7. Then sauté the vegetables in the flour so that they do not get wet and stir
8. Put eggs and pepper, mix well
9. Heat oil, pour dough, flatten, check every 5 minutes ( using low heat)
10. If it is hard enough turn the dough back cook again for 5 minutes.
