 How to Make Your Own HOTDOG at Home


Bread Ingredients:


- 330 grams of chakra flour

- 45 grams of medium flour

- 75 grams of granulated sugar

- 1 pack of instant yeast

- 3 egg yolks

- 150 ml of cold liquid milk

- 75 gr butter

- 1/2 spoon of salt


How to make bread:


~ Mix the flour + granulated sugar + instant yeast mix well, after which pour gradually the milk liquid and egg yolks, after which the mixer of the ingredients is evenly distributed


~ Add butter + salt after that the ingredients tadibdi mixer again until elastic


~ Once the dough is elastic, round the dough and let stand for 60 minutes (proofing first)


~ Deflate the dough and stir gently for a while, after that divide the dough @ 55 gr , then gilas and roll to form a long oval, arrange the roll on a baking sheet that has been smeared margarine, after which let the dough again for 10 minutes (proofing second)


~ Spread the surface of the bread with liquid milk then bake at 190°c for 20 minutes.

- Once cooked, grease the bread with butter.


Hotdog stuffing material: 


- 10 sausage seeds

- 10 pieces of kraft cheese

- Tomatoes that have been sliced thinly


Sausage smear ingredients

(mix well all ingredients) :

Margarine 1/2 tbsp

Tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp

Sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp


How to make a hotdog:


~ Split the hotdog bread into 2 parts without being cut off.


- Melt margarine in teflon and bake bread for a while.


~ Knead the sausages, prepare the grill and apply thinly with the ingredients.


~ Grill the sausage while smeared with the ingredients until smooth. Back and forth sausages so they don't burn.


~ Take 1 piece of bread, thinly spread the sambal sauce then arrange the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sausages in the bread, then spray with the sauce of mayonaise mixture + sambal sauce


-delicious hotdog ready to serve
