- liquid milk

- Eggs.

- wheat flour

- Salt.

- paprika powder

- garlic powder

How to make:


1. Mix eggs and milk, mix well. Set aside.


2. Combine wheat flour, salt, pepper, broth powder, paprika powder and garlic powder. Set aside.


3. Dip some potatoes into the milk and egg mixture. Then put it in the flour dough


4. Heat the cooking oil, then fry the potatoes until cooked through.


5. Remove , sprinkle dry parsley.


6. Potato wedges ready to be served
