How to Make a Very Delicious BLACK PEPPER SHRIMP Dish
Made black pepper shrimp for dinner last night. It just so happens that when there are peppers, hmmm makes it more fragrant
Material A:
- 500 gr of shrimp, (which has been cleaned)
- 1 egg white
- 4-5 tablespoons tapioca
- Salt
- pepper
- flavoring
Instruction of Material A
- Mix all the finished ingredients 1 in the bowl, and mix well

Material B:
- 2 cloves garlic, (in geprek)
- 1 clove onion, (sliced)
- Paprika to taste

Material C
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- Sugar, salt, flavorings *to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- Tapioca (to thicken)
Instruction of material C
Combine all ingredients C into one to make the sauce
How to make
1. Heat oil
2. sauté garlic, ginger, stir until fragrant
3. Add ingredients C, stir, pour a little water, correct the taste
4. Stir in the onions and peppers, stirring well
5. Pour a little tapioca solution, stir until cooked and remove
6. Black pepper shrimp ready to serve
