 How to Make Spicy Intestinal Satay





Materials:

- 250gr chicken intestines, wash thoroughly (remove fat fat)

- 4 bay leaves

- 3 pieces of orange leaves

- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (to taste)

- Salt.

- granulated sugar

- cooking oil for sautéing

- water (to taste)


Fine Seasoning :

- 5 shallots

- 3 cloves garlic

- 4 curly chilies

- 10 cayenne peppers (adjust your taste)

- 1 segment of ginger

- 1 grain of roasting pecan

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder (to taste)


How to Make :


1. Boil the intestines, put 2 bay leaves in the decoction. Once you boil, turn off the heat then drain.


2. Heat oil, then sauté fine seasoning, add bay leaf and orange leaves. Stir-fry until fragrant.


3. Put the intestines, pour water. Give soy sauce sweet, pepper, salt and sugar. Cook until the water shrinks, the seasoning seeping into the intestines. Pick up, wait for the cold.


4. Once the intestines are cold, prick the intestines with a skewer.


5. Spicy Intestine Satay is ready to be served
