How to Make BANANA BROWNIES
For banana chocolate lovers this is worth a try. The texture is padet, like bantet cake and like brownies. But it feels really good... Legit, moist and nyoklat really. Can pake other types of bananas yaa . ..
Materials:
- 3 ripe Ambon bananas (230 g after peeling), mashed with a fork
- 100 grams of flour
- 20 grams of milk powder
- 25 grams of cocoa powder
- 60 grams of butter
- 40 grams of oil
- 120 grams of dark cooking chocolate (DCC)
- 100 g granulated sugar (blended let it dissolve)
- 1/3 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 eggs
- salt (to taste)
How to Create:
- Melt DCC with oil and butter in a team way. Let it cool.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and milk powder. Set aside
- Beat eggs, sugar and salt until the sugar dissolves not necessary until it develops (can be dimixer low speed or pake whisker)
- Put dry ingredients little by little while stirring until smooth
Put the DCC mixture and butter, mix well
- Put the bananas in, mix well.
- Pour onto a 20x20 baking sheet. Bake until cooked (I use a 25-minute oven tangkring on the top shelf, 10 minutes rack down. Medium fire. Adjust with each oven)
