How to Make SPICY SOUR CATFISH
Materials:
- 1 kg of cut-cut catfish clean
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 sticks of lemongrass geprek
- galangal geprek
- 3 pieces of orange leaves
- 10 cayenne peppers
- 1 tomato cut into pieces
- Oil for sautéing
- 2 glasses of clean water
-To taste tamarind water
- To taste salt, sugar and flavorings
Fine seasoning :
- 10 cloves shallots
- 5 cloves garlic
- Shavings of ginger and turmeric
- 2 pecans
- 12 curly red chillies
- To taste pepper
How to make:
1. Sauté the spices finely together with bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant put clean water
2. Once the water is boiling, put salt, sugar, flavorings, and tamarind water let it boil again put catfish, tomatoes and sprinkle cayenne pepper cook until the fish is cooked
